American Logic, LLC Terms of Engagement

Effective Date: April 30, 2025

These Terms of Engagement (“Agreement”) set forth the terms and conditions under which American Logic, LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) agrees to provide support services to you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”). By using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Scope of Services

American Logic, LLC provides non-legal, professional support services to individuals pursuing United States citizenship, including but not limited to:

• Providing dedicated support and advisory services to assist with the citizenship process.
• Drafting and furnishing attestation letters and character recommendations for use in immigration case files.
• Offering access to a vetted network of individuals, professionals, and organizations that may enhance your success in the citizenship process.

Note: We do not offer legal representation or services that constitute legal advice. Our services are supportive and supplemental in nature.

2. Target Clients

Our services are specifically intended for:

• Foreign nationals actively pursuing U.S. citizenship.
• Former government employees seeking reemployment opportunities or transitioning into private-sector roles after layoffs (including those from DOGE-related departments or programs).

3. Engagement Process

Clients must complete an intake form and schedule an initial consultation. Upon mutual agreement, the scope, fees, and timeline of services will be confirmed in writing. Ongoing services will be governed by these Terms unless otherwise modified in writing.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees are set based on the scope of services and are communicated prior to engagement. Payment is due as agreed upon in the individual engagement letter. Late payments may result in a pause or termination of services.

5. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients. All information shared with us in the course of service delivery is kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing our agreed-upon services, unless disclosure is required by law.

6. No Guarantee

While American Logic, LLC endeavors to provide high-quality support and recommendations, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcome, including successful citizenship or job placement. Success is influenced by multiple factors beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, American Logic, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time upon written notice. Upon termination, the client will be responsible for payment for services rendered up to the date of termination.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. Amendments

American Logic, LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any material changes and continued use of services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
